ingredients:

2 wheels of lime

mint sprout

50 ml of London Hill Gin

15 ml St~Germain

15 ml fresh lemon juice

bitter lemon

Method:

In the bottom of a cocktail glass muddle together the mint and lime to extract juices. Add crushed ice and the rest of the ingredients except the bitter lemon. Stir well, and top off with the bitter lemon.
