Once we’ve hand-selected the finest botanicals on earth, there’s no way we’re then going to boil them. We gently vapour infuse them to capture their bright, vibrant flavours. Every one of our gins reflect our rigorous selection process and uncompromising approach to creating fresh, clean, bright flavours that are perfect for creating exceptional mixed drinks.


Bombay Sapphire tastes includes at least 10 different spices. The spices are selected by Bombay Sapphire Master Distiller from around the world according to their appearance, aromas and quality. Among the spices: lemons from Spain, the angelica root from Saxony, the grains of paradise from South Africa, the licorice from China, the cinnamon from Indonesia, the coriander seeds from Morocco, the cactus from India and China, the cubeb from Java, almonds from Spain and of course the heart of the gin juniper from Tuscany .
