Kfir Bahar
Ingredients:
2 cardamon pods
1 eggwhite
20 ml honey syrup
25 ml lemon juice
15 ml amarone angostura
45 ml smokehead
Method:
Crush the cardamon pods lightly at the bottom of the shaker, add the rest of the ingredients and shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with a dash of angostura and satr anise.
