The family company Vinobel David was established in 1991 with a clear orientation to the wine and olive oil industry. The company has 540 dunams of vineyards and olive trees grown completley organically only. With great efforts being invested in improving the vines.
Frederick David is the owner and chief winemaker of the winery. When he married a Jewish woman, he found a deep connection to the Jewish faith and saw the growing need of the Jews of Paris and the surrounding area for kosher products. Therefore, he began producing kosher wines for the Jewish community. In addition, all production processes are kept completely organic and even vegan.
