Ingredients:

60 ml Dewar’s 12 Years Old

35 ml fresh lemon juice

10 ml honey syrup

1 eggwhite

7 blueberries

5 dash of angostura

garnish – burned cinnamon

 

Method: 

Crush the berries and add all the ingredients while saving 2 dashes aside. Shake well, add ice and shake again. Stain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the remaining dashes of angostura and burned cinnamon.
