Ingredients:

50 ml Woodford Reserve

20 ml fresh lemon juice

20 ml pineapple juice

1 eggwhite

15 ml simple syrup

1 dash angostura

ginger beer

garnish – marshmellow

Method:

Shake all ingredients together. Pour into a cocktail glass and add ginger beer until full. Garnish with burned Marshmellow.
