Badgers Creek Shiraz Cabarnet

Tasting Notes: Ruby, intense and clear colour. Notes of spices, cherries, blackcurrants, green peppers and liquorice, with a light wooded aroma. Round wine with supple tannins and a good persistence.

History: Blend of Shiraz (some variety as the Sirah) and Cabernet Sauvignon which makes this wine typical.

Regional Information: Very variable over the whole production area. There are sandy, clay-chalky and slaty soils. This wine comes from the major wine areas between Adelaide and Melbourne (Southern Australia). Mainly from the Munay Darling region.
